About Clubroom Stocks
We built Clubroom Stocks because retail investors deserve the same speed and depth of analysis that institutional desks get - without the six-figure Bloomberg terminal.
What We Do
Every time an ASX-listed company drops an announcement during market hours, our AI pipeline picks it up within seconds. We extract the key data - drill intercepts, placement terms, resource estimates - run it through our analysis framework, and publish a full research report to the website and a snapshot alert to Telegram. The whole process takes under 5 minutes.
How It Works
Detect
Our scanner monitors 775+ ASX stocks every 60 seconds during market hours, catching new announcements the moment they hit the ASX feed.
Analyse
Each announcement is processed by our AI engine which extracts key data, compares against peers, and generates a verdict with fair value range.
Publish
A full research report goes live on the website with Telegram alerts sent simultaneously. You get institutional-grade analysis in minutes, not days.
Our Verdict System
Every analysis produces a verdict based on fair value relative to current market cap, quality of the underlying asset, and risk profile. Our track record is fully transparent - every pick, every return, measured from the exact timestamp of the alert.
Drill Results and Resource Announcements
The AI calculates in-situ resource value using contained metal, stage-appropriate multiples, and peer comparisons. It then compares the implied fair value to the current market cap to determine upside potential.
Placements and Capital Raises
For placements, the AI evaluates the placement price versus fair value, dilution impact, use of funds, and whether the terms are attractive enough to participate.
Scoring System
Each analysis includes two scores rated 1-5 by the AI, providing a quick quality snapshot.
Asset Quality Score (1-5)
Assesses the geological quality of the deposit: grade relative to global benchmarks, mineralisation style, continuity of results, and scale potential. A score of 5 indicates a world-class deposit; 1 indicates marginal or poor-quality mineralisation.
Balance Sheet Score (1-5)
Evaluates financial health: cash position relative to market cap, burn rate, upcoming funding needs, and dilution risk. A score of 5 means well-funded with runway; 1 means likely capital raise needed soon or financial distress.
Coverage
We currently cover every announcement from the ASX Materials sector - that is 775+ companies across gold, copper, lithium, uranium, rare earths, nickel, iron ore, zinc, silver and graphite. Energy, Technology, and other sectors are being added progressively.
